Come to think of it, I just a few days ago got a local friend into the game, and I've been showing him the ropes; I was playing over there and didn't have any issues nor has he. It was just yesterday when this all started. I don't have another system to run it on, but I can definitely run my mobile data on a hot spot and see. Thanks for the description, I kinda knew what I was looking at but not exactly what if that makes sense hah. I'll report back soon. If it runs decent enough on my hotspot, I'll factory reset my modem and see if that helps.
The only oddity in the pingplot otherwise is the fact hop 1 and hop 2 are displaying identical IP address .... wait
looking at the tracerts you did first look at the trace hop 1 and 2
I think the better question is why at one instance hop 1 is reporting as 192.168.0.1 then it displays as 10.101.7.1 this is very odd behavior , the whys is unknown at this point , maybe bridging ?
