Conquest points

Hi so I got my 50,000 conquest and was hoping to do it again so I grinded to 99,600 conquest points and right when I was going to seal the deal for 100,000 points the server shut down with only 4 hours remaining on this weeks conquest. I googled how long the server will be down and it will be down for 4 hours. Will my excess points carry over? Will I be able to get the 4x 25,000 credit award? I'm still very new to personal conquests.
