Constant Lag Spikes and Disconnects

So for the past week I have been experiencing random lag spikes which will definitely be followed by a disconnect. This is a random occurence but it often happens 1-2 times an hour depending on my lu...

    This one is showing some packet loss at the modem

    You are going to have to test via ethernet cable , if it persists the ISP should be involved, from here the modem could be the issue or it is still a link issue with the modem being overwhelmed with errors.

    I have to go for the night , hope this points you to getting this resolved, let me know how you get on with this.

I did a test and when not playing, every around 10 minutes (interval is surprisingly quite fixed)  i'll get something like this:

 In the picture, at around 7.42pm another lag spike occurs.
