This is a player to player help forum and thus no one here can help you.
You need to go back to EA help and discuss it with them and or see the refund site for where you purchased the game. Best luck would probably be EA help using chat option.
Oh, as a note for the future, I know many sites block email addresses to stop spamming and such, but it is a bad idea to post any personal data to forums. Never post email, phone numbers, addresses, or anything that can be used to either find your or scam you. 99% of the people will not do anything but all it takes is one fool, or scammer getting that info and the next thing you have is trouble. Trouble being stolen accounts, hacked accounts, stolen identity, odd deliveries, odd phone calls, and sometimes just plain pranks on you.

Swtor CS are available here to assist at AHQ for swtor , however refunds are only available via phone to Swtor CS, EA help are unable to assist with anything regarding swtor and will point players to Swtor CS.

If you are interested in trying to find out why swtor isnt working on your computer if you provide a dxdiag per this link
and detail what is occurring we may be able to get you up and running in the game.
