Credit Farmers Using Macros on Sevrip Island

What is being done about this?!?!?  It happens daily, 2-3 dozen at a time.  I thought macros weren't allowed in this game?  There are 5-6 toons (all similar funky credit farmer names) stacked up on each other in total sync, even with their regens.  There are multiple groups of this all throughout the Sevrip Island going on at the same time.  If you're going to have a rule, enforce it.
