Crew appearence
How do I use the Authorization: Crew Member Appearance . I bought it and clicked on it but I ca not figure out anything else to do?

Once you purchase the item it will go into your inventory and then you right click to use the item. Once the item is used you can then change your companions appearance. This is done by purchasing companion customization items from either a vendor, GTN or getting them from packs.
Once you have one for a companion that you have, pull up the character window 'C' and then at the bottom click the Companion tab. Next open your inventory tab, find the appropriate companion customization and either right click it or drag and drop it onto the Customization slow on the bottom left corner of the companion preview window which is just to the left of their main weapon.
