Customer Service won't reset security code and refer me to subscriber lines

So i'm trying to get into my old SWTOR account but don't have security code as that app was like 3 phones ago. So I follow the links to EA's support chat, wait 30 minutes, deal with an automated advi...

It's only the one account as password hasn't changed, I just think there was an error in SW:TOR only having a display name and not being linked to my current email (BTW link on that page is dead). EA Help say they can't find a mail id under my previous address so unless I hang around until 2AM and call the UK (no landline with our glorious NBN) then it looks like i'm out of options.
