Darth Malgus holostatue not added to collections when used.

Darth Malgus holostatue it not being added into my collections. 

It is to my understanding that all the items from the rep vendors should be added into collections when used. I researched and it turns out that it is a known (old) bug and that I should make an in-game ticket. I already did and it has been days. I would really appreciate it if someone can help me solve this issue.
