Deleted character with unclaimed cartel items

I had purchased callous conqueror’s armor and unstable arbiter's dualsaber yesterday night on a character which was newly created named Ist Blood. However I didn't like a feature i picked for his face and deleted him and did not claim the items on that character. I didn't think i had to refund the items before deleting Ist Blood which i didn't do. Is there a way to get back those purchases as it was a mistake buying it on that character and put it on someone else? I do have proof confirming that I purchased the callous conqueror’s armor and unstable arbiter's dualsaber if needed, this was a huge mistake on my part and worst of all i didn't see it coming i just went mad looking for them in my unclaimed items. I cant open a ticket since i'm not subbed so any help is greatly appreciated.
