Deluxe code error
As i've tried to redeem my code, the page gave me a error message and now it says that the code was already used, but i still on preferred state and i didn't receive any of the items, what can i do?
have flagged to check the account for issues and they have your email response will be in about 10 hrs when support are online for the day
it is best to send the code from the same email address on the swtor account and/or include the swtor account name
They sent a email requesting that I make a call, but the time when they answer is the exactly time when I'm at work. Is there any other way I can resolve this issue? Or at least get a refund?
To fix the account issue, You can try to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has been disabled and uses a gmail , and is a different email to what is used on your swtor account (and the ea account your posting on now (so it is not the EA account your posting on now)
The linked ea account used a gmail email address, but is a different email to the swtor email address and the ea account your posting with
use this link (insert the correct Gmail email address into that link) to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
This gmail had to of been used on the swtor account previously
