Did not receive steam subscription

Sent an email to support already with the email linked on this ea account. Support replied and said that my ea account is inactive but I'm currently using it and have reset the pw. Could you please h...

You are best to call swtor support when the lines are open , the linked EA account has been disabled with its data wiped , seems the email needed has been used on a different account so if you call support they can put a new email on the deleted EA account to restore purchasing in your swtor account and then they can add the steam gametime

Yup I thought I had missed a payment somehow when I logged into the game to see everything needed to be activated. I even stopped playing until i could re-sub, only noticed today that i did pay my sub!

so yeah lost half a month of playtime that I paid for thanks to this error on EA's side. Now I find that I have to prove I paid, take screenshots send emails. I cant even make an in game ticket because I'm not subbed -even though i am.

All for a problem that has been recurring for at least 2 years, which has been answered countless times by a brave volunteer mod so it seems, ea have no respect for its players(as if this is news) yeah we want to take your money but we don't want to deal with your problems.

so I posted an email with the 3 screenshots, checked and verified my ea account which i never ever use and don't even know why i have(yes yes obv swtor), and now I wait I guess

Swtor support confirmed they have your email in the queue for an agent , just need to wait for their reply

Hello!

It seems I have the same issue. I had originally tried to subscribe through the website but it wouldn't accept my visa card or paypal. I resorted to steam and linked my accounts EA/Steam/Swtor.com together but it still doesn't work.

My Display name is: ArteezySkater

ı bought it like couple of hours but still missing, ı will update if ı get the sub but it seems like bugged and ı just don't know what to do, ı tried to refund in steam but they say it is not possible and contact with game community center, ı hope you can help me
