Didn't get my Cartel Coins
Hello I purchased Cartel Coins via credit card, I received purchase confirm mail but didn't get my Cartel Coins. What should I do?

I had the same problem and i use steam to play the game Swtor Username Pokemontraineras
To fix the account You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona pokemontraineras (not Jacobpotter2000 your posting on now) that EA account uses the same email as on your swtor account
use the following link (insert the swtor email) to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

Help I purchase 2400 cartel coins from steam and it didn't go through...
I put in a ticket on steam and they said they did their job and its up to EA to send it to me
But when i went on swtor website it said i dont even have a steam linked but i bought cartel coins from steam before so now idk what to do

the steam account will need to be linked to the swtor account before support can add the coins too
