provide the swtor displayname and can check the account itself is ok
I also tried to buy cartel coins and got the confirmation email but nothing happened. I tried to buy some again to see if it was a glitch but still nothing.

So according to the purchase date you mention you should get them in 12 months
Will check if any coin issues when support are online for the day though 🙂
