Hello I purchased Cartel Coins via credit card, I received purchase confirm mail but didn't get my Cartel Coins. What should I do?

The same thing happened to me. Purchased cartel coins, received the purchase confirmation but still have no coins in my account.
Does anyone know when this can be resolved? I tried purchasing again to take advantage of the account unlock sale, but still no coins.
