Hello I purchased Cartel Coins via credit card, I received purchase confirm mail but didn't get my Cartel Coins. What should I do?

Hello, my Star Wars Old Republic display name is Ikwia, I bought Cartel Coins off of Steam yesterday (July 16th) I got my email receipt and everything, but still no coins have arrived. Can anyone here help me?
