Hello I purchased Cartel Coins via credit card, I received purchase confirm mail but didn't get my Cartel Coins. What should I do?

I bought 2400 Cartel Coins yesterday and the status in my Account Activity says closed, but I didn't get them. I would really appreciate some help since Im not subscribed and cant send a ticket or write in the Forum.

Hi , mein lebensgefährte hat vorgestern Kartellmünzen mit Paysafe gekauft und sie immer noch nicht bekommen nach 24 stunden und er hat auch sein Geld nicht wiederbekommen.

Support advised they are waiting for the studio to run a script to grant the outstanding coins

if your coins where bought on the 27th , then they will be resolved by the studio when they run the script
at present support do not have an email from the email on your swtor account
