Hello I purchased Cartel Coins via credit card, I received purchase confirm mail but didn't get my Cartel Coins. What should I do?

I bought 2400 Cartel Coins yesterday and the status in my Account Activity says closed, but I didn't get them. I would really appreciate some help since Im not subscribed and cant send a ticket or write in the Forum.

Support advised they are waiting for the studio to run a script to grant the outstanding coins

if your coins where bought on the 27th , then they will be resolved by the studio when they run the script
at present support do not have an email from the email on your swtor account
