Support advised they are waiting for the studio to run a script to grant the outstanding coins

if your coins where bought on the 27th , then they will be resolved by the studio when they run the script
at present support do not have an email from the email on your swtor account

Mein Lebensgefährte hat es aber über die offizielle seite gemacht und seine coins sind bis heute nicht da und seit den 27.07 wartet er darauf, bevor sie steam beheben sollten sie sich um die offizielle seite erst kümmern da nicht jeder Star wars über steam hat.

if google translate was correct , it offered two possibilities, first was you bought a boat and wanted to know if it will leak in your bathtub
the second was someone bought coins on the 27th of july from the swtor website and are still waiting
All coins bought on the 27th of July from steam , swtor website etc are still outstanding and support are waiting for a script to get run to grant the coins

So I have to use the e-mail for the steam account than okay I sent it originally through my g-mail since it's easier for me to use. But I will use the Hotmail account if that's what it takes to get this resloved.

Do you have any idea when the script is suposed to run?
Because the coins are still missing and I'm starting to feel neglected by the support/studio.

The answer is no I even sent in new screenshots like they asked pretty tempting to ask for a chargeback

will followup when they come online for the day
just be aware with chargebacks, that normally encurs a ban on both the EA/Origin and Swtor accounts, it is always best to process/request a refund then a chargeback.

Steam said it won't issue a refund on cartel packs so what else am I suppose to do if this doesn't get sorted?

Didn't get the coins and when I try to PM JackieKo to answer the questions I get this message.

Your account has been sent to studio for fixing an account issue, they should email when it is fixed
as to the missing coins , support said they have an email in the queue from you

Hello
I created a new account and gifted credits from my older one (via Steam).
The Gift went though Steam but the Credits were not applied - I think this was because I hadn't accepted the email from Swtor before sending the Gift.
Later I sent a second (smaller) Gift and this worked.
First Gift 450 Pts - Not applies
2nd Gift 250 pts - Applied
My SWTOR name is FamilyJawa
Please can you help ......

Hello,
I sent an email at on Weds - 11/08/2021 06:34
It included small screen grabs for both accounts and a snapshot of my Cartel Credit page. Total size of email was around 500K.
Hopefully that is sufficient - but given the complex nature it might not be,.
As of today I have had no reply.

Support still have no email from you (from the email on the swtor account) , it is likely best if you call support when the lines open and request to upload the screenshots to a ticket whilst your on the phone, this way they have everything they need to get this sorted for you

Given the small amount of money I spent - I'm not sure it warrants playing "Telephone Tennis" and the "On-hold game| trying to get in touch with a helpline
