I just purchased 2100 Cartel Coins on Steam, and I do not have them. I have the email saying I paid for them if needed.

Money got withdrawn from my bank, but I didn't get the cartel coins.

Support can also see the purchase is unconfirmed for the moment by the bank, once confirmed, you will receive the cc (can take up to 72h, depends on the bank)
