Hello I purchased Cartel Coins via credit card, I received purchase confirm mail but didn't get my Cartel Coins. What should I do?

Hello! I'm having the same problem, bought 1050 CC (two times) from Steam with a gift card, got email confirmation but I didn't get them in-game. Thanks for any help!

    @proxos666 Yes, I did send one following the instructions. Now I know this is not the appropriate thread to ask this but for some reason I can't log in to swtor. My security key seems to not be recognized although it was working fine yesterday. Is this something related to problem or is it that my account is no longer safe? Thanks for any help!
