Hello I purchased Cartel Coins via credit card, I received purchase confirm mail but didn't get my Cartel Coins. What should I do?

Support said they cant see an email from you , has one been sent from the email on the swtor account ?
@proxos666 Yes, I did send one following the instructions. Now I know this is not the appropriate thread to ask this but for some reason I can't log in to swtor. My security key seems to not be recognized although it was working fine yesterday. Is this something related to problem or is it that my account is no longer safe? Thanks for any help!
Check the time on the device is correct , the key relies on having the correct time
Support also left me message saying the screenshots were too cropped to verify the purchase , i gather they emailed you to resend new screenshots ?

I bought some cartel coins a couple of days ago, 450 of them which I know isn't a lot but I never buy things for online games. However, I was having so much fun with this game and I already had 160 coins from playing I wanted to unlock a new species. Sadly I didn't receive a confirmation email and the payment has been taken out of my bank account. I bought them through the website, I am not a subscriber, and my username is imtheselected.
If you could help me that would be amazing thank you.
