Hello I purchased Cartel Coins via credit card, I received purchase confirm mail but didn't get my Cartel Coins. What should I do?

I bought some cartel coins a couple of days ago, 450 of them which I know isn't a lot but I never buy things for online games. However, I was having so much fun with this game and I already had 160 coins from playing I wanted to unlock a new species. Sadly I didn't receive a confirmation email and the payment has been taken out of my bank account. I bought them through the website, I am not a subscriber, and my username is imtheselected.
If you could help me that would be amazing thank you.
support checked the swtor account imtheselected and they see nothing on the billing side , maybe purchased on a different account ? best to call swtor support when the lines open so they can search for the purchase if need be
- @proxos666 Bought some cartel coins a little less than an hour ago and am still waiting. Normally they arrive instantly but I have not received them.
