try resending first to support@swtor.com and let me know can check if it arrived

I Think swtor email server rejected the mails so I sent it from my gmail account which I have now updated to on my swtor account.

I'm not sure how this stuff works but on the 26th I purchased 5500 cartel coins and they didn't show up after a couple of hours so I decided to wait. I contacted steam support yesterday and today, still no coins but they said to contact official support. My id that I use to login is samuraicool, also I made another purchase today for 250 cartel coins and those came in instantly, but my other 5500 still haven't.
