How long ago was these purchased ?
These items are delivered in a ingame mail , sometimes there can be a delay between purchase and when they arrive
It was purchased at 2.46 pm est time and I just checked my in-game email today, 4.25.2016, at 9:43am and it's still not there.
If it's been over 24 hours then what I would do is call customer service to ensure there was no issue in granting the items to your account. That would be the best way to get the items sent to you. You can use the below information to call them:
