When you are subscribed you get access to the currently released expansions, you keep this access when the subscription drops.
So in this case you have access to fallen empire which was released in 2015, when you previously subscribed. if you didn't subscribe well it must be an error 🙂
If you re-subscribe for 30 days now , you will get access to all the new expansions and able to level to 70 as well
