Duplicate Items Rewards from Story Quests

Duplicate quest item rewards on Sith Inquisitor (Balmorra). Instead of getting a full set of armour from all the available quests in the area, including the entire 'Return to the Front' chain, two chest pieces from the same set were given. The only missing piece is the headgear from the Tarnished Force-Lord set. Since there's no way to access direct customer support even outside of the game for a Preferred account, this is the only place where a bug could get reported and fixed after much effort. Not encouraging new players to subscribe if continuous maintenance/fixing is not a priority.

    That there are duplicate items in quest rewards is how they always have been set up since designers do not expect players to do every quest.

    I believe the Tarnished Force-Lord's Headpiece is also a craftable item if that helps

    Only Subscribers get access to the in-game bug reporting functionality as well as bug reports through the official website.

    To clarify, my account is currently Preferred. Both F2P and Preferred players have 0 means to report issues outside of getting here which is unreasonable.

    I understand that this was made to be more accessible in comparison to more hardcore MMOs or iterations of them but if this is not a bug then it is just laziness. Thanks for the reply though.

    I've never been a crafter nor did I ever encounter a situation where I was forced to craft, usually there are other ways to get what you want such as farming or paying a crafter. It's bizarre for this game to be the first where it happens. Not a major item to have issue over since it's levelling gear but for a game that is meant to have less barriers and more options its unexpected.
