Yeah I just tried my personal hot spot then still no luck.
Bizarre to say the least, maybe reinstall as non streaming and take the system to a full clean boot per this link
if you leave install as is, need to leave the bitraider stub loader service enabled
I finally downloaded the non-streaming client and still not luck the elevator still does't move,
This is being looked into further
Also the only other thing I can think of would be to lower your graphics settings as well to see if that has an effect.
