I am not sure 100% on teh cause but read the post at https://forums.swtor.com/topic/882552-auto-elevator-not-moving-on-screen/#comment-9568389

it is related to toredo with windows, maybe disable ipv6 and see if that has any impact

@proxos666 well we have some changes now. When I disabled ipv6 it made some progress and elevators are now stuck in the middle of place tho

follow what trixie suggested

otherwise maybe an inplace repair install may help , per https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/16397-repair-install-windows-10-place-upgrade.html

only windows updates are lost, all data should remain
