Email Address: field is required ERROR

Tried making an account but...

Been seeing this game all over the place for so many years. Currently on a star wars feel and thought hey lets give it a try. Until i try to make an account. I can type in and tick the boxes that's needed just fine...Pressing "Play now" however does absolutely nothing except telling me " Verify Email Address: field is required" in a red text.   Even though i put in a email address and made sure there were no errors in my spelling. Tried to do it on 3 different emails, with different names. Nothing...Just the same thing over and over. Oh and sometimes it even changes what boxes i have ticked and the birth date i put in to something random after pressing the Play Now button. It just puts me back to this screen where i have to create a account. 

Hell i even tried to change browsers and clear my cookies. But nothing. Putting a picture in just in case to where you can see the error message.
