Email verification problem (i've received the verification e-mail)

Hello eveyone!

I'm having a great problem with SW TOR verification code, i have received the "Email confirmation" email, but wen i click on " clicking here" and put my information just shows "Unable to verify activation code, click here to request a new one".

I've tried over and over again but it does not work, and because of that  I can't play the game after lvl20.
Someone now what to do?
