Endless loading screen / black background on the character select menu.

Hello.

I have a weird bug or an error of some sort. When i'm starting the game my characters are shown up i can;t see the background of the starship or the planet etc. only the black background. When i'm trying to enter the game it stucks on the endless loading screen. Dunno what to do. Reinstaled the game 3 times and every time same thing happens. The repair button don;t work either 'cause it's blanked and i can;t even click it.
