Erased Characters
Greetings EA/BioWare!
I have a bit of a problem.
Not only have I opened an in game ticket about this (A MONTH AGO) , I actually CALLED your customer service because I am so annoyed with this entire situation.
You guys are refusing to give me back my characters. I don't know why, but you are and it's making this customer extremely pissed off. I played SWTOR from launch all the way through the opening of GSF and Rise of the Hutt Cartel before I stopped playing, I have my Founder medal to prove it. During that time I made an Operative (Avary) and a Sith Assassin (Ahlisin) whom I loved and cared for and spent hundreds of thousands of credits and cartel coins on both of them alone.
They're gone. Yep. Both of them: deleted. I have no idea why, I would never delete my pride and joys, but someone did and I noticed that upon coming back so I immediately submitted a ticket asking you guys to restore them. But that was over a month ago (Ticket submitted: 11/09 [However with this ticket I was told I didn't have enough information so I wrote up a new ticket once I got a response, which was 11/18]) Now it is 12/23 and I still haven't gotten a response from you guys.Is this how you plan on treating your returning subscribers? With dissatisfaction and a blind eye? The lady (super nice and helpful lady) that I called on the support line was able to find my character in less than 5 minutes after giving her the exact same information I gave you.
All I'm asking is for you to treat me with the same amount of respect and care that I treat your game, or I will not be returning for the new year.
