Error code 10

Anyone know about - error code 10 ? Ever since I updated to my new Master Card I cannot buy coins etc. off the market, also says I am a subscriber but no subscription showing in my account although it is also telling me I have 22 days left on it I Update Origin and SWATOR account with new details...still got error code 10 !

I have already updated both sites s till getting error code 10 problem !

just saw a post here mentioning no credit/debit card payments , not sure how true this actually is , but mentions paypal should work for the subscription.

Their default response tends to be wait 24hours hence why not sure how true at present.
