Error code C7

Today I got error code c7 and can't find a way around it. I had no issues playing it yesterday. To my knowledge, all of my drivers are up to date. Trying to run it as an admin has also failed. I woul...

    C7 on a system above requirements is usually a borked video driver , I would re-install both the intel and nvidia drivers as see if it resolves

    Edit - the Nvidia Driver is borked for sure , see in the dxdiag that D3D Status for the Nvidia 980M needs to say enabled.

    DDraw Status: Enabled
    D3D Status: Not Available
    AGP Status: Enabled
