Error Code NU1010 when making purchases

Question

I wanted buy the 5 500 Cartel Coins option in SWTOR and recived this error (An error occurred while processing your request. If you canceled your purchase at the third party payment website, this error is expected. Code: NU1010

Never had this issue before and I could even buy stuff from the swtor website 3 weeks ago and now im getting this error every time I try to make a purchase.

have flagged to check the account with swtor support, response will be in about 7 hrs when support are online for the day&nbsp;

i gather you have tried removing and re-adding the payment method just to be sure

support said there is no account issue, from their side they see a lot of failed purchases, there side seems to indicate it is a funding issue with that payment method
