the only other known issue is with credit cards out of countries like Denmark using secure 3d, these cards will fail on swtor, however using that card via paypal will work for those with this issue

otherwise you will need to call swtor support so they can look further at the accounts

Wierd.. I will try to remove the card info and add it again to check, hopefully it will be resolved soon. Such a pain to play without subscription, just came back from a 7 year break

if the account issue is resolved try using incognito mode with chrome so the web browser cache isnt interferring
