Error purchasing subscription

    @stensetthh 

    the only other known issue is with credit cards out of countries like Denmark using secure 3d, these cards will fail on swtor, however using that card via paypal will work for those with this issue

    otherwise you will need to call swtor support so they can look further at the accounts

I have got the got the same issue. A month or so ago I could not buy cartel coins, so I re-entered my card details but it did not fix the problem. Then for some reason it started working again a couple of weeks later. But now today my subscription will not renew and nothing I do fixes it, I just keep getting the red error message.

Common for this issue is that the linked ea account has been disabled needing a password reset, that EA account likley uses the same email address you have used to create the swtor account originally, so if you have changed the email on the swtor account though, try using the original email used on the swtor account

use this link  to reset the password then login on that EA account

Be sure to use incognito mode with chrome or delete the browser cache and cookies to be sure it isnt cached if purchasing on swtor.com

    I cant find any evidence of having used any other email for Swtor when searching my older emails and I did passwor. I am using Brave browser as well, on a brand new PC. Tried to delete my payment info and use incognito mode with Brave - Still no luck. 

    Like how hard can it be to take my money EA?
