Hi, I keep getting this error when trying to subscibe to SWTOR. "There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account which will prevent SWTOR purchases until resolved. Please contact customer support for further assistance."
I hope someone is able to help me.
I can check if there is any way to resolve without calling support but will be early next week before a response
looking at the image, it appears it shows a trial email set as if an email was never placed on the swtor account, this may also be the result of the linked ea account being datawiped

Thank you so much for your reply! That would be amazing if you could check that for me. I can wait in the meantime. Because I am from the Netherlands, and there are no Dutch numbers to call. If we can't resolve it I will try and call the UK number in that case.

Support said the EA account needs a password reset but failed to mention if it was the one your posting with or not though
use this link and use the email address used on the swtor account and see if that resolves the issue, if you haven't changed the email on the swtor account this should fix things. otherwise try the email used originally
