Guild Leader Rank

So I know the guild leader rank is set to automatically be removed and given to someone else after 28 days not logged in. I came back in after 14 days and my rank was removed. I reached out to the person who has it now to see if they'd give it back but they've also been offline for almost 14 days. I tried reaching out to support but there is no chat based system to talk to anyone and I don't know what else to do.

Unfortunately outside of waiting another 14 days, there is not a lot that can be done at present

if this is a subscriber guild, if the guild leader subscription ends, leadership will be passed on to another subscriber
