Failure to Load after Update
Anyone else having problems with playing after game update 7.4.1? I can hit play and then it goes to the load screen (splash screen) but it freezes and then it says the game is failing to respond. ...

There are a number of people with this issue at present, cause is unknown at this point

My video intel card is as follows:
Intel Iris Xe Graphics
your Video driver is from july 2023 , so newer one is at https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/785597/intel-arc-iris-xe-graphics-windows.html
also can see windows power options are set to balanced, when gaming you will benefit by changing to high performance
Have forwarded your dxdiag to swtor support, it does point to an issue with intel video cards
