your Video driver is from july 2023 , so newer one is at https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/785597/intel-arc-iris-xe-graphics-windows.html
also can see windows power options are set to balanced, when gaming you will benefit by changing to high performance
Have forwarded your dxdiag to swtor support, it does point to an issue with intel video cards
Man I'm having a rough go of it.
Tried both of those and it's still not working.
It keeps doing the same thing. I log in, press play, then its either a black screen or the splash/load screen and then it says its not responding shortly after then it closes out.
