I am trying to beat the game as a sith juggernaut and I’m stuck at the part where I leave quesh and go to my holoterminal to talk to one the spectors and he just stands there blinking his eyes and not saying a word and I can’t continue the game
Some things you can try would be to lower your in-game graphics settings to the lowest possible to see if it will let you continue on. You can also try to run a repair as per this guide here.

This issue you are experiencing is usually due to a computer that does not meet minimum game requirements, so playing this on a computer that exceeds the minimum game requirements will usually sort this issue.
