both usa and uk call centres a hands tied with ineffectual policies as if you dont have the email address listed on the account then they can send you an email authentication to prove who we are even if i have my name dob and my user and pass they are unable to help
so the swtor department so need to review their problem solution and resolution policies
as some where in 2018 i lost my @DerkaJerka960.com alias off my microsoft account as MS canned the live email domain it use to be set as an alias on my MS account sending any mail to the live email alias to the outlook.com.au email which is my primary alias for MS Account
so after waiting for their offices to open and i talked to both a uk rep and then a usa rep an hr later both ended the same where they tell me if i dont have access to the email on account or my original email i created it with they can not help and all I can do is make a new account and start over
as a Day 0 account holder and some one who has spent hours of play and progress and as well as money spent on SUBS and credits I wont stand for it and I have already lodged a formal complaint at EA Help which is now getting investigated. but i refused to start from scratch like I have old swtor emails i can easily throw at them even that wont help!
so atm a very peeved swtor player here
