Forgot Login Info

I haven't played in a good two years, and when I tried to login, I realized I didn't remember my display name. I tried to have an email sent to my email, but it's been over an hour and nothing had come through. Is there any way I can log in with my EA account?

    It may be associated to a different email address is the only thing I can think of honestly.  If the email doesn't arrive add the email address in my previous post to your email safe list in case it's being blocked.

    If you still don't receive it, you will need to call Customer Service per the link and details in the previous post to have them search for your account.

    Unfortunately no the swtor account uses a display name.  The email for both may be the same but the login name is different.

    If the game is still installed on the same computer you used, you can navigate to here:

    C:\Users\[USER]\AppData\Local\SWTOR\swtor\settings

    Make sure your folders are set to show hidden folders.  Look for a file that says "_Account.ini" in the name and just before it will be your Display Name.  If you have more than one "_Account.ini" file then you have multiple accounts.  Try to login with the other account you see to find out if your characters are there.

    If not when using the forgot your display name isn't working, try another email youay have used for your account.

    Also in your email add no-reply@bioware.swtor.com to your email safe list.

    If you are still not able to get your login info, you would need to call Customer Service.  Their contact info and hours of operation are found here.  You can also use Skype or WhatsApp to make calls for free or at a discounted rate.

    Unfortunately, I'm on a different computer. I tried having a 'forgot your display name?' email sent to the account I thought I had registered, but none came in. Do you know why this might be? Is there like a delay of some sort?
