So i have a Star Wars TOR account form the beginning of the game, had a key fob and everything. Have not played the game in years felt like trying it out again. Got my account name fine tried to reset the password wont let me with out the security key. How can i reset my passwork without the security key.
You cant reset the password with a security key attached that you dont have
you will need to call swtor support when the lines are open to remove the security key so you can reset the password
just note only the english lines are open on monday due to holidays
