Founder's Title Missing

Since I am not currently a subscriber, I can't make an in-game ticket and instead have to ask here as customer support stated they couldn't help because they handle accounts and billing.

Years ago I beta-tested for this game and then got a subscription after it came out. I didn't get anything fancy, just enough to play the game. The one nice thing was getting the Founder title which is supposed to be available for my original characters and future ones. Unfortunately, after getting back into the game recently I noticed it's gone. For my old characters and my new ones too. It's not in my mail or titles, and I'm disappointed that I lost something unique.

Can anyone tell me how to get it back if possible? I see people running around with it, so I know it's not completely gone, and all the help I've seen for the same question have had answers that just state the requirements for earning it, now how to retrieve it.
