FPS Drop SWTOR in Fleet and WZ

Hello, I am windows 10 x64 user with geforce gt 610 i have all settings low and very low in this game my fps normally is arround 90-70 but when i am on imperial fleet or republic fleet with more ppl my fps instant drop for a few secs i have my nvidia updated, also my directx and my hd is correct with chkdsk i don't know what to do because i don't understand whats happening i understand that when u are with more ppl in a op fps drop is normal but i don't understand whats happening, and when i try to exit the game the screen stucks around 3-5min and then closes, any tips? i have 4gb ram, thanks.

EDIT: I know that my card its not designed for gaming, the only thing that i want is play at least normal
In flashpoint i dont have any fps drop for example

    you are correct about the 610 , this benchmark here gives an idea where it sits

    In fleet when more people are around fps drop is expected as there is a lot more load occurring tracking where everyone is.

    now I would of thought this is more to do with the CPU then the video but the video card will have an impact too.

    I presume you have set Windows Power Options to "High Performance"  that is the first thing to check to try and help.

    There is a NVidia hotfix just released here for clocking issues

    First of all, thank for your reply proxos, and yes, Windows Power Options to "High Performance"  it's already set

    Now i can play better but i have my card up-to-date u recommend me that driver?

    @Kloowner

    that hot fix is worthwhile to try , it is to fix serious issues with the latest driver

    one thing that may help with gameplay is go into the NVidia control panel and go to the program list , find swtor and set pre-rendered frames to 1 , or even just do this on the global profile

    this wont help with fps but if you are getting something like a stutter it may help
