try using www.pingplotter.com (free version) and have it graphing while playing the game and see if the graph changes when the disconnects occur
that graph can be saved as a jpg and inserted into a post here if need

It looks like this, a red line in the graph
If I point cursor at this, it says there is no data and 100% of package loss

see if the free trial of www.wtfast.com makes any impact this could be a net issue

Well, I was disconnected again (from the game server, not the WTFast). It created a report as a ZIP file, I can share it (link to my OneDrive)- proxos6665 years agoHero+
it doesnt say alot apart from reducing the ping by 25ms , i cant see anything that would suggest the cause at this point i'm afraid
