Frontline Defender set did not save to collection-but to costume slot

I got the entire front line defender set so I equipped it to my 4th costume slot. (looks pretty sweet)

I then started to throw away the gear to save room as when you get a full set it saves in your collection. Well this time it did not save in the collection but it did on my costume set. I quickly realized as I threw away a few pieces it said I had no pieces. I also created an in game ticket but for about 2 days now I have encountered other bugs where I have created a ticket with no response so I have no idea how reliable that method is so I created a thread here.

I checked to see if this bug would happened again with the renowned duelist set doing the exact same thing and no it did not occur.

Please add the pieces to my collection. I paid $40 to buy the big pack to get the random armor sets to add to my collection and one of the many sets I got did not save. Please help me and thanks.

    When ever you add items especially a full set to a costume set it will pop up these items will be bound message. I clicked okay and paid the couple grand of credits. Then began to throw them away from my inventory only to notice they did not save when they were supposed to. I tried this again with the renowned duelist set and it saved unlike the front line defender set.

    as you can see there when You try to place it in a Costume slot. the warning message will pop up. clicking ok will bound the gear to you and if its a item set from cartell it will add to your collection very much like how my renouned duelist set has or the other various collections i have done so before.

    This is incredible This ticket nor the one on the game has even been responded to. I was able to save up enough credits and gladly the defender set actually decreased in price after a few days. So I now have the set collected....I am disappointed in the response time.

    Here is another image showing that I did indeed receive the set from my journal. I also tried to log back in to see if that fixed it. It did not.

  • That hurts, but two days are not a long wait for a ticket, and at the moment it will need more time.

    It seems to be important to add your Charakter Name and Server to the Ticket.

    For the futur look at the chat box befor deleting items, thes should be an withe text stating xxx is bound,

    and if the set is complet xxx is activated in collection. (Not the exact wording)
