Game crashes after character select
The game loads just fine and gets all the way to the character select screen. I select my character and hit play. It goes to loading screen and when the bar at the bottom gets about halfway across, the game crashes to the desktop. I have tried several different fixes that I found online but none of them worked. The game worked just fine last nite but will not work today. Nothing has been updated or changed since yesterday. Some of the fixes i tried were: resetting the graphics, deleting the retailclient folder and using the fix button, removing and then re-adding the 3 game files into the firewall/anti-virus settings. attached is the launched diag file. don't know what else you will need to see. Any ideas?
