Game is stuck at 99.99%, in game, not in launcher.

My game is stuck in 99.99%, in game. In the launcher it says it is download complete, but when entering the game it's 99.99% and quick play mode, and I can't leave the starter world. I don't know wha...

It is important that both launcher.exe and swtor.exe are in the exception lists for both the Anti Virus and Firewall

swtor.exe is down a bit deeper in a retailclient folder
